V.I.B.E. Basecamps collects consent separately for transactional SMS messages and marketing SMS messages.

Transactional messages may include booking confirmations, reservation updates, payment or reservation reminders, check-in and checkout instructions, access information, property notices, and guest-service communications.

Marketing messages may include promotions, discounts, availability announcements, seasonal information, local activities, and other marketing communications from V.I.B.E. Basecamps.

SMS consent is voluntary. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing or booking any property or service.

MOBILE INFORMATION WILL NOT BE SHARED WITH THIRD PARTIES OR AFFILIATES FOR MARKETING OR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES.

SMS OPT-IN DATA AND CONSENT WILL NOT BE SOLD, RENTED, OR SHARED WITH ANY THIRD PARTIES.

We may use service providers acting solely on our behalf, including Brevo and Twilio, to host consent forms, maintain consent records, deliver text messages, process opt-out requests, and operate the SMS service. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to V.I.B.E. Basecamps and are not authorized by us to use SMS opt-in information for their own marketing.

The statements above apply to text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent. Such information will not be transferred to any third party for that third party’s marketing or promotional purposes.

4. SMS choices

You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to a V.I.B.E. Basecamps message.
