100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 7 day(s) before arrival or earlier.

0% refundable if canceled after.

No security deposit is due.

Notes

Booking direct via our website saves you as much as 15.5% in platform fees! Outside of high and peak seasons get a 45% discount for 1 week stay, 60% for 2, & 3 week and 70% for 1 month stays!!!

Due to cleaning and wear and tear costs, we charge an additional $35 per guest beyond the first 6 guests per night. $50/guests during high season weekends and any day during peak season.
